Our Services

INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY

We offer in-person therapy sessions, as well as telehealth services.

Individual psychotherapy is a chance to understand yourself better, to recognize behavioral patterns and feelings, to problem solve and develop new strategies as you face loss, anxiety, developmental challenges, relationship issues, or any of life's inevitable challenges. Couples/family therapy and parent coaching often improve communication, as well as help manage burnout/exhaustion from old patterns.

Our therapists are trained in a variety of treatment modalities and will assess the best fit to achieve you or your child/family’s goals. After assessing your needs over the phone, we will match you with the best clinician available for your situation.  Components of therapy may include Insight-Oriented Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Mindfulness Exercises, or Play Therapy, among others. Our therapists treat a variety of needs such as anxiety and depression, trauma, ADHD, and infertility.

We offer in-person therapy sessions, as well as telehealth services.

GROUP THERAPY

Groups consist of five or more members and one to two facilitators. Group therapy can be a nonthreatening way to build knowledge and skills to combat everyday challenges in a supportive environment. In group sessions, you’ll be able to share your experiences, hear from like-minded individuals who share your struggles, gain valuable feedback and encouragement, and learn specific skills related to your needs.

Our group therapy offerings change over time. We tailor our groups to meet community needs, so knowing your interests helps us shape our offerings.  Groups will be offered either in person or virtually, depending on participants’ preference for each group.  We are also able to split groups into multiple sections to meet the needs of participants.

When registering, please let us know which group you are interested in and if you prefer to meet online or in person.
